Obesity: It’s about more than food. When you decide to make a big change, it’s a good idea to have someone supportive to talk things through with. Not an enabler of old habits, but someone who supports your goals and can help you work out the emotions that come with addressing your body issues. That might be a friend, an accountability partner, a trainer or a therapist. Remember it’s not what you’re eating. It’s what’s eating you.
