My smallest weekly loss since starting
But a loss is a loss and it’s heading in the right direction
Had a few extra calories this week which shows, so back to basics to shift the last 7.5lbs hopefully in the next 3 weeks
On the bright side I’m officially in the “healthy” section of the BMI chart 💪
