WHAT IS BMI ?
Body mass index is a value derived from the mass and height of a person.
The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height.
BMI of less than 18.5 means that a person is underweight.
BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9 is ideal.
A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 is overweight.
A BMI over 30 indicates OBESITY
