I had to do a workout today to hit my gold star.. day 3 smashed 💪🏻🥰.. just a quick snippet, 8-10 reps 2-3 sets depending on which exercise. I really couldn’t be bothered, done over 16k steps today which is a lot more than I’m used to so my poor legs are abit achey. I still need to eat my last meal of protein and then get myself to bed ready for an early start tomorrow..

I DID IT.. couldn’t be arsed but I DID IT.. no room for lazy shytes with team rh.. this is a whole new ball game of lessons being learnt!
