Today i’m starting a 30 day challenge for the month of September! Basically i’m cutting out:
✨ fast food
✨ fried food
✨ added sugar
✨ processed food
I weighed myself this morning & I was at 271.2 pounds. So I will eat clean, workout, & then weigh myself at the end of the month to see how much I have lost!
I will be eating this meal everyday for lunch for this week!
