Day 76. Second official day of 2 minute rests.
So I blew a disc in my lower back, and I haven’t been recording my light workout days.
I only wanted to record my full workout days. My BFF half convinced me that was dumb and just record it all as official days.
Anyway, this was today. The only thing that seems to really wreck my back is the Farmer’s Carry.
I increased the weight of my Calf Raises and Arnold Press Curls from 10 pounds to 20 pounds, hence their count being so low. But now they actually feel like a workout again instead of just an annoying waste of time.
