I started my wellness journey on January 1 and it has taken me 5 FULL months to lose 30 lbs.

🔹 I built muscle and toned my body.
🔹I never once told myself I couldn’t have something I wanted.

I know for a FACT that I could have lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I’ve done it before with crash dieting, restricting alcohol, carbs and sugar and working out everyday.

BUT. WHY. WOULD. I. WANT. THAT. LIFE??

I want a life where I can enjoy a donut or a marg! Health is about SO much more than the number on a scale – it’s about your mental, emotional and physical wellness. I began this journey to achieve wellness in all forms.

AND I AM.✨

So while I’m thrilled about losing 30 pounds, I’m even more thrilled that I did it in a way that I don’t ever plan to “find” those pounds again! This lifestyle is sustainable and it works for me and my goals.
